This policy describes how data collected through the KAVORY beta waitlist is processed, in accordance with the GDPR.

Email address (required), name or nickname, profile, 2D/3D interest, preferred platforms, language, discovery source (optional), and your consent choices.

Purposes and legal basis

Managing the waitlist and beta invitations (basis: your consent). Marketing communications only if you ticked the dedicated box.

Retention

Data is kept until the end of the beta programme or until you request deletion, and at most 3 years after the last contact.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the contact address above. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

KAVORY account

Account access uses your email and a securely managed password. Your session is stored locally for sign-in. The desktop connection has not been verified. Account deletion and retention terms require the official contact and legal policy to be validated.

Security

Registrations are never public and are only accessible to authorised administrators.
